Cloud & AI Infrastructure
According to research firm Omdia, worldwide spending on cloud infrastructure services reached $110.9 billion in Q4 2025 — a 29% year-on-year increase and the sixth consecutive quarter of growth exceeding 20%. Microsoft Azure recorded 39% growth, driven by accelerating enterprise demand for AI workloads. Hyperscalers are dramatically scaling their capital expenditure: Microsoft reported quarterly capex of $37.5 billion, while AWS expects to invest up to $200 billion in 2026. Analysts note that competitive differentiation is now shaped by infrastructure scale and the strength of AI agent platforms. As businesses transition from AI experimentation to full production deployment, investment in reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure becomes a critical priority for any modern organization.
